Matthew Good Update

Friday, April 7th, 2006

We regret to inform everyone that purchased tickets to the Matthew Good show on April 3rd at the Starlight Lounge in Waterloo that the show could not be rescheduled.  All efforts were made to reschedule, but Matthew’s touring calendar is just too booked up.

Refunds will be available through Ticketmaster starting this afternoon.

Big time update…

Sunday, March 5th, 2006

Flaming Lips Poster
The Flaming Lips and Wolfmother show at the Phoenix on April 4th has sold out. We will be announcing a show with Wolfmother for April 3rd in a smaller club – so keep your eyes and ears open for that announcement in the coming days.

The Matthew Good, solo & acoustic show on April 8th in Kitchener / Waterloo at the Starlight Lounge has also sold out.

The Armor For Sleep / Boys Night Out show on March 10th at the Opera House has also sold out. Boys Night Out should return for their own headline show in May.

The 30 Seconds to Mars show on March 30th has been moved to the Guvernment. It remains all-ages and door / show times remain the same. Added to the bill have been Shotgun Rules but unfortunately Emanuel will now be playing on the upcoming Taking Back Sunday tour.

The Motion City Soundtrack show on March 27th has been moved to the Phoenix. The show remains all-ages and the door / show times remain the same. The show is also now sold out.

The Mystery Jets have been forced to cancel a bunch of their dates, including their show on March 27th at Lee’s Palace.

The Noisettes will still play and we will be announcing new support / headline talent shortly. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase starting March 7th. If you haven’t heard or seen the Noisettes yet – all we can say is that they blew away the crowd at the last Bloc Party show and are well worth checking out.

The March 23rd show with Boy Kill Boy at the Rivoli that appeared in our ad in Now on March 2nd is cancelled for scheduling reasons. They will return to Toronto soon enough.

Recently we have confirmed and announced the following shows, some of which are already on sale, some which will be on sale shortly:

Mar 23 – Towers of London – El Mocambo
Mar 24 – stellastarr* / Editors – Phoenix
Apr 3 – South / Something for Rockets – Lee’s Palace
Apr 5 – HARD-Fi – Phoenix
Apr 7 – Andre & The Silver Hearts – Mod Club
Apr 8 – New Amsterdam – El Mocambo
May 13 – Say Anything / The Bled – Phoenix
