Unfortunately due to recent changes in the way that the Government of Canada handles immigration procedures and the discovery of a 42 year old court case against Toots, the show is now cancelled. Toots and Emerge took all the necessary precautions and attempted to secure all necessary permits but new changes and documentations requests by the Canadian government required from Jamaican authorities require the deep digging in historical documents. Toots has been to Canada many times in the past 42 years without problem or incident and is puzzled by this new development.
